I now have shipping date estimates for you from the printer/fulfiller! (Obviously, we are in the middle of a pandemic, so we can probably assume things will be a little later than expected, but here's what they told me.)
Softcovers: Books should be shipping from the printer by May 11th. Backers in the USA should expect to receive them 2-10 days later, and backers everywhere else 7-21 days later.
Hardcovers: Books should be shipping from the printer by May 25th. Backers in the USA should expect to receive them 2-10 days later, and backers everywhere else 7-21 days later.

I've just approved the proofs for the hardcover and softcover editions of Visigoths vs Mall Goths! I've also submitted all of your shipping information to the distributor!
That means the printer is starting to print the books, and after they're printed, the shipper will start to ship them!
I'm not sure how long the shipping will take, given the current state of the world, but hopefully your books will reach you soonish.

I hope you're enjoying the digital version of the game! (Don't forget to claim your pdf from DriveThruRPG if you haven't yet! You should have received an email with a download link.)
Here are the next steps in the production process:
* Printing Hardcovers & Softcovers: Our graphic designer has finished the document for the printer, and I'm currently working with Bookmobile to get the printing process started. Fortunately, Bookmobile is still fully operational at this time, because their services have been deemed essential by the state of Minnesota (details here). After I send the files to them and we confirm all the settings, I will wait to receive a physical proof (sample) of the book in the mail. Depending on whether everything is correct or not in the proof, this may require a couple rounds of back-and-forth mailing between Bookmobile and me to get it right. Once the proof is right, the printing can commence!
* Shipping Hardcovers & Softcovers: Bookmobile is also handling fulfillment, which makes this entire process easier. They will ship your books to you when they finish printing them. I've just started the process of "locking addresses" on BackerKit, so if you need to change your shipping address, do it in the next 2 days!
* Additional PDFs: If you ordered a "Lucian Kahn Games Bundle," you'll receive links to download your additional pdfs in the next few days. I'm still waiting for itchio to get back to me about the errors in their CSV upload widget, because all of these games are already in my itchio store and will be easier to distribute to you that way. If I don't hear back from them in the next few days, though, I will go ahead and upload all of those games to DriveThruRPG and distribute them to you that way instead.
